On Monday, the Alkath Group had the pleasure of hosting The Hon. Pat Conroy MP (Minister for Defence Industry and Minister for International Development and the Pacific) and our local Federal Member for Gilmore, The Hon. Fiona Phillips MP at our head office in South Nowra, NSW.
Alkath Group’s Head of Enterprise Services, Heather Nethery, Head of Finance & Commercial, Nick Pigg & GDS’ General Manager, Jeromy Bendall were thrilled to brief the Minister on our growing Australian Defence Industry Capability and provide them with a tour of our state-of-the-art facilities which include dedicated heavy fabrication, textiles fabrication, MRO (maintenance, repairs and overhaul) and our high-tech electromagnetic warfare laboratory, providing employment for close to 80 people across Regional Australia.
